Welcome to Core For Kids! for Schools and Groups. We offer Pilates based sessions in small groups aimed at children from 5 to 16 years of age. The sessions are fun, interactive and a great form of exercise that prevents injury and helps with balance and endurance.  The children enjoy and benefit from the sessions:

  • whether they are needing extra help with co-ordination
  • better posture
  • build core strength
  • improve body awareness
  • increase self-esteem and focus to challenge energies into one activity


We currently work with several schools in the area with great success and feedback. Children benefit from over 20 years experience in the fitness industry and a Level 3 Pilates Instructor. The following clubs are offered for Schools (Infants, Juniors and Seniors) and Groups (Rainbow, Beavers, Brownies, Cubs):

  • Breakfast, lunch and after-school clubs
  • PE sessions on specific areas of the curriculum eg. habitats, animals
  • Bespoke workshops for activity days eg. Pirate Fitness

Sessions typically run for 30-60 mins but this can be tailored to suit the needs of the individual school & group.
